Water shortage worsens

According to an article in Manila Standard Today almost half of the 1.3 million people in Manilla, Phillipines are experiencing water shortages. Water levels in the Angat Dam that supplies the city with water are dangerously low. Even when cities have a piped water supply there is no guarantee that there will be enough water for basic needs.
